New type of mod.

I'd like it if you guys add a new type of mod Known as the Helper. these guy just get acces to summon/teleport and can see all village chats(unless like 3 helpers per village or something like that),maybe boot and mute if they look trust worthy and not abuseive.

the roles they play is simple help new players explain basic controls(tutorial doenst explain poop )

Basic controls like-
o=stats
i=inventory
p=jutsu list

f=grab
s= weapon throw
Etc

tell them how to lvl
tell people the rules of the game

Help them with simple bugs
Example the bug when you make a new charcter and dont end up in tutorial.
(simple fix teleport the indiviual to tutorial)

this helps mods and admins to not feel attacked by simple questions all the time.
